Munorr 2ky Inc. (M2KY)
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your purchase and use of software and digital downloads from Munorr 2ky Inc. (“M2KY”, “we”). By completing a purchase or installing our software, you agree to these Terms.
2. Your license
When you buy BGEN Picker you get a non-exclusive license to install and use it for your own personal or commercial work. Studio plans extend that license to the number of seats included in your plan, granted to people at your organization. Please don't resell, repackage, or publicly redistribute the addon itself — your projects and pickers made with it are entirely yours.
3. Payment & delivery
Purchases are one-time payments in USD, processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. Delivery is an instant digital download; there's no physical product. Your purchase includes updates to the version you bought for the life of the product.
4. Refunds
Because the product is delivered instantly, refunds are limited — see our Refund Policy. Genuine issues are handled case-by-case; just reach out.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use our software to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to circumvent licensing for the paid editions. We may suspend access for serious or repeated abuse.
6. Disclaimer
The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or fit every pipeline. Always keep backups of your work.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, M2KY's total liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
