Refund Policy

Our products (BGEN Picker, BGEN Hair, BGEN Hair Full, Element Extensions and Studio plans) are delivered instantly as digital downloads and licences, so we generally aren't able to offer refunds once a product has been delivered to your account. We know that's not the most flexible policy, but we genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase.
If something isn't right (a build that won't install or activate, a corrupt download, an extension that won't install in BGEN Hair, or an accidental duplicate purchase), email contact@m2ky.com and we'll work it out with you case by case. We'd much rather get you a working tool than leave you stuck. If you bought something you already owned, or paid the full price when an upgrade credit or owner discount should have applied, tell us and we'll put it right.
A refund, or a chargeback through your bank or PayPal, ends the licence that purchase paid for. For a Studio plan, that includes every seat on it.
By completing checkout you ask for immediate access to your download and acknowledge that this waives the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, where it would otherwise apply. Nothing here limits other rights you have under the consumer law of where you live.
